EASY, CONVENIENT & SECURE ways to pay your RENT or ASSOCIATION DUES!
As part of our ongoing efforts to make paying rent or condo dues more convenient for you, we are excited to offer the following payment options.
1. Pay Directly From Your Checking or Savings Account – A $2.49 convenience fee will be added per transaction.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this feature, login to the tenant portal. You will have the option to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. 2. Credit Card or Debit Card –
For credit cards a 2.99% convenience fee will be added per transaction.
For debit cards a $9.99 convenience fee will be added per transaction.
If you wish to make your rent payment using a credit card, simply log on to your portal and click “Make a Payment” at the top of the screen. Follow the prompts and, with just a few clicks, your rent is paid!
3. Submit A Payment Via PayNearMe- A $3.99 processing fee will be added per transaction.
If you would like to submit a cash payment, please contact us to set up a PayNearMe account for you. Once setup, we will provide you with a Payslip that you can bring to any Walgreens, CVS, or Walmart to submit your monthly rent. You can submit payment with either Cash or a Debit Card.
4. Mail or Office Drop Off – A $10.00 convenience fee per drop off will apply.
You can mail your rent/dues to our office, located at 3940 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119. If you choose to mail your payment, it must be delivered to our office by the 5th or you may receive a late fee. The $10 drop off fee also applies to this payment method.
Additionally, you can drop your payment off at our office during business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday), or take advantage of our after-hours mail slot which is located at the front of the building and is accessible 24/7.
Please be sure to include your name and address with your payment, so we can apply your payment correctly. When filling out your check or money order for RENT PAYMENTS, please make it payable to: “Soniat Realty, Inc.” When filling out your check or money order for ASSOCIATION DUES, please make it payable to your Association.
