Soniat Realty has a NEW web portal for Owners to review their monthly statements, generate reports, view vendor bills and much more!
If you would like to sign up for OWA:
- Simply call Rae Cames at (504)274-2805 or email rae@soniatrealty.com. She will ask you to provide an email address that you would like linked to your account.
- You will immediately receive an email from “donotreply@rentmanager.com” with a link to finalize your account by creating a password.
TIP: If you don’t see this email in your Inbox within 5 minutes, check your junk or spam folder. - Click the link in the email to create your password. You will automatically be directed to the login screen after successfully creating a password.
- Once you are looking at the login screen, enter your email address and password, then click Login.
Once you log in, the first page you will see is the Dashboard. On the right-hand side of the dashboard is a section called “Notes”. Here you will find Combined Reports available for download. These are your monthly statements.
To access the Owner Web portal in the future, simply click the “Login” button located in the top right corner of the screen and choose “Owner” to be directed to the Owner Web Access login screen.

- Questions or concerns about how to navigate your OWA account
- Add or remove users from your OWA account
- Your OWA account is locked from incorrectly entering credentials too many times
- To correct account information (ex: name, address, etc)

Please note that account information from our previous owner portal through HeroPM, did not carry over to this new portal and a new account will need to be created to access the new OWA.
