You will need to provide the following BEFORE it can be processed:
– Copy of Drivers License or State ID.
– Copy of last two pay stubs OR Award letter for subsidized income (SSI, Social Security and Disability).
– If you have pets – Provide a photo of each pet, copies of current immunization records, and veterinary office contact information.
You may drop these documents off at our office, or send via email to Lashay@soniatrealty.com.
We will review your qualifications and notify you within 3-5 business days if you are approved.
Security deposit by money order or cashier’s check should be paid within 24 hours after application approval (NO EXCEPTIONS) to secure this unit for you.
We will continue to show the unit until deposit is received.
